Embroidery is a stitched representation of artwork and may not replicate the original design exactly. Small text, fine details, gradients, shadows, and intricate elements may not always replicate a high-quality embroidered result. Final stitch appearance may vary depending on the fabric type, garment colour, stabilisation, thread colours, hooping, and machine settings.
Digitized embroidery files remain the property of mbroyd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked artwork supplied.
Proofs are provided for approval where applicable and at a quoted fee. Once approved, mbroyd is not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or design. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
